Digitale Radio Vlaanderen

Branding: Flemish digital radio interest group

Radio in Flanders is digitizing. For example, you can listen digitally to the public and commercial radio stations via the internet on your computer, on your tablet, on your mobile phone, or via the set-top box of your TV. For some time it has also been possible via the air with DAB+. DAB+ stands for Digital Audio Broadcasting and is a sustainable and future-oriented alternative to the overcrowded FM band. Digitale Radio Vlaanderen is the group that further develops and supports digital radio in Flanders.

The branding of Digitale Radio Vlaanderen is based on the binary of a digital (radio) signal (as opposed to the analog (radio) signal): 1 and 0. This way, the logo makes a clear distinction with analogue radio.

The '1-0'-style element is used in the logo, as well as in decorative patterns that support the rest of the branding.
